Story : 

Frank and Stein are two children who, after an accident, find themselves fused into a single body. This situation is the result of an operation performed by Dr. MCBall, a surgeon obsessed with the fusion of human bodies. The scientist plans to use them as test subjects for his latest project, titled "The Vitruvian Men." 

 Our twins are already struggling to coexist in the same body! They decide to take their chance and escape from the laboratory. But will they manage to flee without being caught by Ball's creatures?
